About Our Founder
Vizuri Care Services was founded by a qualified AASW-registered Social Worker with over 11 years of practice across aged care, disability, and community services in Victoria, Australia.
Having worked alongside hundreds of individuals and families through some of life's most complex moments — navigating health systems, managing transitions into care, and sitting with grief and loss — our founder brings both clinical grounding and a deeply human touch to every engagement.
The mission is simple: to reduce isolation, uphold dignity, and walk alongside every person we support with consistency, warmth, and unwavering advocacy. We believe you should never have to navigate the hard moments alone.
